Her journey in law began at Kutak Rock, focusing on structured finance, which paved the way to Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner where she delved into M&A, finance, private placement transactions, and securities compliance. Robyn’s extensive experience in private practice at AmLaw 125 firms and Fortune 250 corporate law departments has equipped her with a keen understanding of the business context of legal issues. Before founding ProBiz Law, Robyn served in pivotal roles at Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Inc., Circuit City Stores, Inc., Schott North America, Inc., and Baker & Taylor,Inc.
